The problem we set out to solve

Every tradesman knows the chaos phase. It starts the moment a WhatsApp message arrives: "Hi, I need a plumber. Can you come to Sea Point?" Then another. Then an email. Then a missed call. Before a single job even exists in any system, you're juggling ten conversations across three channels — and losing track of half of them.

That's the problem Crewlo was built to solve. Not the job itself — tradesmen are good at that. The chaos before the job. The triage, the qualification, the back-and-forth, the dispatch. The bit that eats evenings and weekends and costs real money in lost leads.

Crewlo's AI assistant, Zoe, handles that entire conversation for you. She replies on WhatsApp, asks the right questions, identifies the suburb, classifies the job, and gets everything ready for you to approve in seconds. Then she dispatches the job to your team — automatically.

We built the beta version for Handyman Homes in Cape Town. It's working. Now we're opening it up to more trade businesses across South Africa.
